General Questions
Don’t hesitate to reach out to us or complete the provided form, and we’ll promptly deliver a price estimate over the phone. If required, we can also schedule a property visit.
Speed is indeed a relative factor. This is why our pricing model is based on the job, not the time taken. Our cleaning experts are highly professional and efficient. Some of them may complete tasks quickly without sacrificing quality, while others might take a bit more time but achieve the same outstanding results.
We only necessitate a pre-cleaning visit if there are specific needs, or for deep cleaning or move-out cleanings. This ensures that we fully comprehend the work required and can bring along the appropriate equipment, products, and team members.
Cleaning supplies are automatically included in our service. This ensures that our cleaners use products that have been tested and approved by us. However, if you prefer a different product, please contact our office so that we can get the necessary safety data sheets and proper usage instructions from the manufacturer.
If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We’ll make arrangements to correct the situation. We stand by our satisfaction guarantee.
Scheduling Questions
While we can’t guarantee same-day bookings, we often have the flexibility to accommodate this request depending on the day.
The choice is entirely yours. If you won’t be at your business, please ensure that you provide us with instructions on how to access your building. You can do this by calling our office or sending us an email.
We provide a one-hour window to accommodate for factors such as traffic and weather conditions. In situations where your cleaner is expected to be late, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated time of arrival.
For recurring commercial cleanings, you are not billed until after the cleaning service has been successfully completed. However, for one-time cleanings and move-out services, you will be charged at the time of booking.
While there are no long-term commitments or contracts, we do have a cancellation policy in place. Our cleaning technicians rely on the scheduled jobs and it’s essential that our clients uphold their commitments as well.
You can cancel an appointment up to 3 days in advance without any penalties. However, if you cancel after this period, you will be charged 50% of the cleaning fee.
In cases where we cannot access the property, or for reasons beyond our control we cannot provide the service, you will be charged 100% of the cleaning fee.
To ensure smooth communication and coordination, you will receive an email 24 hours prior to the cleaning confirming your appointment. Additionally, our office manager will either text or call you at the beginning of the week to confirm your scheduled service.
Cleaning Questions
Our cleaning services do not extend to dealing with mold, human bodily fluids, animal waste, mouse droppings, or sewage backflows. If you encounter problems with any of these substances, it’s advisable to engage a restoration service.
We provide a number of specialty services including: specialty floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, buffing floors, grout cleaning, pressure washing, and window cleaning.

Definitely. Our cleaners undergo a comprehensive screening procedure which involves an extensive government background checks, drug screening, and verification of references.. Additionally, our company is both insured and bonded.

Indeed, we provide daily housekeeping services that you can extend to your guests. We also offer turn-down services, but only in Boulder and Longmont. In addition, we perform deep cleanings after stays of 30 days and offer freshen-up cleanings if it’s been more than 10 days since the last cleaning and you have a new guest arriving.
